July 1, 2013. 20 Effective July 1, 2013 the rates and ranges of employees covered by this 21 Agreement shall be increased by an amount equal to the annual percentage increase in the 22 Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Portland CPI-W 2nd 23 Half, second half of 2011 to the second half of 2012 as reported in February 2013) with a 24 minimum of one percent (1.0%) to a maximum of a four percent (4.0%).
