Jury Duty and Attendance at Court. The Company shall pay an employee who is required to serve as a juror of Crown Witness the difference between his normal earnings and the payment he receives for jury service or Crown Witness provided that the employee who has at least one (1) year of service, to a maximum of three (3) months pay, at the straight-time rate:
