JURY DUTY AND MATERIAL WITNESS. 26.01 All employees, summoned to jury duty or subpoenaed as a material witness, shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid to them for such services and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days. Employees on jury duty or subpoenaed as a material witness shall furnish the Employer with such a statement of earnings as the Courts may supply. This does not apply if the employee is summoned on his day(s) off. Part-time employees, when summoned to jury duty or appearing as material witness on behalf of this employer shall be re-scheduled or paid wages based on hours worked in the previous four (4) weeks.
