Common use of Jury Duty/Court Appearance Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty/Court Appearance. A Board of Education is required to pay a full time employee the difference between such employee's regular compensation and the remuneration received for serving as a juror or subpoenaed court appearance. Compensation for jury duty only, shall be forwarded to the Treasurer of the District upon receipt.
