Jury Duty / Court Service. (a) Paid leave will be granted to an employee who is required, under summons or subpoena, to serve as a juror or witness in a court proceeding. (b) The employee shall provide her immediate supervisor with a copy of the summons or subpoena, which indicates the period of jury duty or witness service required, as soon as possible after receipt of same.
