Kilometrage Allowance. An Employee who is authorized to use a privately owned automobile on the Employer’s business shall be paid a kilometrage rate in accordance with this Article. The Employer will adopt the civil service kilometrage rate effective the date of a tentative agreement being reached between the parties, provided that such agreement is subsequently ratified. Thereafter adjustments will be made in accordance with, and on the same effective dates as adjustments to the civil service rate.
