Should the kilometrage rates payable to Bargaining Unit employees covered under the Collective Agreement between Management Board of Cabinet and OPSEU relating to Ontario Public Servants be amended in any way during the term of this Agreement, such amendments shall apply to Article 11.1 (Calculation of Allowance) above, if applicable, on the same effective date. EDUCATION Reimbursement for Tuition Regular Part-Time Employees who successfully complete educational courses with the prior approval of the College, either at the College or another educational setting, will be reimbursed by the College for all or part of the tuition fees paid by the employee.

Should the College direct participation in the course and the course is scheduled on an employee’s scheduled time off; the employee will be paid or provided lieu time.
