Kilometre Review. A) The kilometre rate shall be adjusted by the same percentage as the percentage change in the Saskatchewan Private Transportation Index published by Statistics Canada for the review period. The adjustment shall be rounded to the nearest one hundredth (1/100) of a cent.

Kilometre Review. The adjustment shall be rounded to the nearest one hundredth (1/100) of a cent. The base index is the November edition of the Saskatchewan Private Transportation Index. The effective date of the adjustment shall be January 1st of each year. Either party may request a review to a maximum of one adjustment per calendar year.
