KILOMETRIC RATES. 13.1 If an em ployee is required to use his or her own automobile on the Employer’s business the following rates shall be paid effective August 1, 1991: Kilometres Driven Southern Ontario Northern Ontario 0 - 4,000 km 30¢/km 30.5¢/km 4,001 - 10,700 km 26¢/km 26.5¢/km 10,701 - 24,000 km 22¢/km 22.5¢/km over 24,000 km 18¢/km 19.0¢/km.
