KNOWiNK Product Managers. Contractor will appoint the KNOWiNK Product Managers throughout the Agreement Term. The KNOWiNK Product Managers are responsible for the gathering and classification of requirements, notifying the ROV about requirements that are deemed to be software changes, and work with the ROV to either find an appropriate work around or put together documentation for software development. The KNOWiNK Product Managers will communicate to the County in conjunction with the KNOWiNK Elections Coordinator regarding the development schedule, new software versions, customizations, and certifications. The KNOWiNK Product Managers shall have the requisite skills and experience to provide the services required without limitation: complete knowledge of election technology, product management, excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management skills.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.
