XXXXXXX Project Manager. Contractor will appoint the KNOWiNK Project Manager as its representative through the Agreement Term. The KNOWiNK Project Manager shall communicate with the Registrar of Voters (ROV) information and status regarding milestones, procedures, and progress on the work related to this Agreement. The KNOWiNK Project Manager will also advise the ROV upon the occurrence of any event requiring a material change in such plans to obtain the ROV’s written consent to any such material changes. The KNOWiNK Project Manager will be dedicated to this project through the completion of the first two statewide elections, including canvass, recounts, and other post-election activities, will be on-site as requested by the ROV, and will be available commencing with the Effective Date of the Agreement. The KNOWiNK Project Manager will be responsible for arranging all meetings, visits, and consultations between the Parties and for all administrative matters such as invoices, payments, and amendments. The KNOWiNK Project Manager is the primary point of contact for Contractor, including for change requests, and will coordinate the availability of Contractor resources. ROV reserves the right to request a change in Contractor’s representation if, at ROV’s sole discretion, assigned personnel are not adequately satisfying the ROV’s requirements. The KNOWiNK Project Manager shall have the requisite skills and experience to provide the services required for the implementation including, without limitation: complete knowledge of election technology, elections support services, project management, excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management skills, and the ability to manage detail-oriented projects with fixed deadlines.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.
