L & I WORKER CONTRIBUTIONS. Effective July 1, 2007, all employees covered by this Agreement shall no longer be required to contribute to the Employer’s worker’s compensation or Labor and Industries (L & I) insurance costs. The Employer will assume all costs associated with such insurance premiums.
