Common use of Labor Council Membership or Activity Clause in Contracts

Labor Council Membership or Activity. Neither the Employer nor the Labor Council shall interfere with the right of employees covered by this Agreement to become or not become members of the Labor Council, and there shall be no discrimination against any such employees because of lawful Labor Council membership or non-membership activity or status.
