Common use of Labor Relations Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor Relations Meetings. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, labor relations meetings may be held when requested by either party. Such meetings shall be held on a mutually agreeable day and time. The purpose of such meetings is to discuss any pending issues and/or problems and promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
