Labor Relations Meetings. Section 1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, the Employer and/or his designee(s) shall meet when requested by either the union or the City periodically on a mutually agreeable day and time, with not more than three (3) representatives of the Union to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
