Lactation. The Employer will comply with all legal requirements concerning lactation, including providing reasonable break and travel time for an employee to express breast milk for their nursing child. The Employer will provide a place that is reasonably close to the employee’s work area, other than a bathroom, that is shielded from view and free from intrusion from coworkers and the public, which may be used by an employee to express breast milk. The Employer will provide access to a refrigerator for the mother’s breast milk.
