LANGUAGE AND MEASURES. 3.1 All documents pertaining to the Contract including specification, Schedules, notices, correspondence, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings or any other writing shall be written in English language. LANGUAGE AND MEASURES. 47.1 The governing language for the Contract shall be English. All documents pertaining to this Contract including specifications, schedules, notices, correspondences or any other document shall be written in English language. The metric system of measurement shall be used exclusively in this Contract.
LANGUAGE AND MEASURES. 49.1 All documents pertaining to the CONTRACT including Specifications, Schedules, Notices, Correspondence, operating and maintenance Instructions, DRAWINGS, or any other writing shall be written in English language. The Metric System of measurement shall be used in the CONTRACT unless otherwise specified. 50.1 The title of Ownership of supplies furnished by the CONTRACTOR shall not pass on to the EMPLOYER for all Supplies till the same are finally accepted by the EMPLOYER after the successful completion of PERFORMANCE TEST and GUARANTEE TEST and issue of FINAL CERTIFICATE. 50.2 However, the EMPLOYER shall have the lien on all such works performed as soon as any advance or progressive payment is made by the EMPLOYER to the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR shall not subject these works for use other than those intended under this CONTRACT. 51.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not communicate or use in advertising, publicity, sales releases or in any other medium, photographs, or other reproduction of the Work under this CONTRACT or description of the site dimensions, quantity , quality or other information, concerning the Work unless prior written permission has been obtained from the EMPLOYER.

  • Safety Measures Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.
