Language of the Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that it is their express wish that this Agreement and all notices and other documents to be given or executed under the Agreement be in English and Portuguese. In the event of any differences between the Portuguese and English versions of this Agreement, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
