LATE PENALTY. Competitors who are not at the official check-in point, as described in Rule 15, at the appointed time, shall be penalized at the rate of one pound per minute late; to be deducted from the total weight of his/her catch that day, including any weight to be counted toward a “big bass award”. Any competitor more than 15 minutes late shall lose all credit for that day’s catch. There shall be no excuse for tardiness, and in no case, shall a competitor be allowed to make up “lost time.” After proper recognition at the check-in point, competitors will be allowed ample time to proceed to the weigh-in site; however, all fishing must cease upon check-in. After the tournament begins, fishing the tournament waters is prohibited except during tournament hours. Exact starting and check-in times will be announced at the Tournament Briefing.

LATE PENALTYTenant shall be charged a five percent (5%) late fee on all rental payments which are received by Landlord more than ten (10) days after their due date. Such late fee shall compensate Landlord for I) the costs attributable to giving notice of delinquency, ii) the expense of servicing the mortgage loan on landlord's Building from alternative funds; and iii) Landlord's loss of interest. Any rental payments which are not paid within twenty (20) days of their due date shall bear interest thereafter at the rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month, or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, until paid.
LATE PENALTY. Any amount not paid by the owing party on or before the respective due date thereof shall bear interest at the rate of [ * ] percent per annum ([ * ] percent per month) or, if lower, the highest interest rate permitted by law.
LATE PENALTY. In the event of a late payment by the Company, a penalty of three (3%) percent of gross wages for that week will be paid to an Employee for each week that the payment of wages is deemed to be late. LATE PENALTY. If any monthly rental payment is not received by Lessor on or before the fifth (5th) day of the month, but is received on or before the fifth (5th) day, a late charge equal to five percent (5.0%) of the then due monthly rental payment shall be added to the rental due; if the monthly rental payment is received after the fifth (5th) day, but on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month it is due, a late charge equal to ten percent (10%) of such rental payment shall be added to the rental due. The parties agree that any charge or collection of late fees pursuant to this subsection is to compensate for costs incurred as a consequence of late payments, and that such fees will not constitute contracting for, charging, or collecting interest.
LATE PENALTYExcept as otherwise provided in Section 2(b) and Section 4 of this Note, any payment of interest that is required to be made hereunder that is not made within fifteen days of the date specified for payment or otherwise in accordance with this Note shall bear a late fee equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the payment then due.

LATE PENALTYOwner and Contractor acknowledge and agree that if the Project is not substantially complete and ready for the purpose intended in accordance with Article 3 of the Construction Contract that damages to Owner would be difficult to calculate and the parties agree to set forth a specific sum in the event of such an occurrence. Contractor shall be responsible for the per day amounts described below payable to Owner as total liquidated damages for each day the Project is not substantially complete and ready for the purpose intended. Such liquidated damages shall include any and all damages, including but not limited to actual and consequential damages (Owner does not waive any of its rights or remedies under the First Addendum or General Contractor Agreement by this liquidated damages provision).
LATE PENALTY. You understand and agree that a late penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be assessed for any balance outstanding after 30 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to withdraw from representation and cease all work on your behalf if your account remains unpaid in part or in full for 30 days.
