Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.
Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.
Deposit Pay ment of The Fixed Reserve Price 5.1. E-Bidders must make deposit payment as required under the Conditions of Sale attached to Proclamation of Sale, i.e. 10% of the reserve price. 5.2. Payment of the deposit must be made via local bank transfer in favour of Rajan Auctioneers Bidders Account (BIDDER DEPOS IT). Evidence of the transfer must be uploaded and submitted at the time of registration. 5.4. E-Bidders residing outside Malaysia/ (“Foreign E-Bidders”) must make deposit payment as required under the Conditions of Sale attached to Proclamation of Sale, i.e. 10% of the reserve price. Payment of the deposit must be made to as per mentioned in Proclamation of Sale in favour of the Auctioneer in accordance with 5.2 herein above with Swift Code as: XXXXXXXX ,Branch :0000000, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. Evidence of payment must be uploaded and submitted at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx or WhatsApp to 000-0000000 within (4) working days before auction date.
Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.
Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.
Dollar Limits Per Service Agreement Cost to diagnose, repair and/or replace - Per covered appliance $3,000
Placement on the Salary Schedule Members of the bargaining unit shall be placed on the salary schedule at the step appropriate for training and creditable years of experience.
Selection Under a Fixed Budget Services for assignments which the Association agrees meet the requirements of paragraph 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of a Fixed Budget in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.
