If the Contractor is required to obtain a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) license in accordance with 51 U.S.C. 50901 et seq., for any Launch Services or Reentry Services performed under this contract, this waiver of claims shall not be applicable to activities under this contract that are subject to the FAA license.
