Launch Services definition

Launch Services means those services provided by the Launch Agency for the Launch of the Satellite pursuant to the Launch Services Agreement.

• Through no fault of the customer or defect in the customer’s payload, Spacelab systems (i.e., data, power, and cooling) are not within nominal speci- fications, as measured by NASA at nor- mal Spacelab monitoring points, at the time of first turn-on of the customer’s payload, all as defined in the Launch Services Agreement.

More Definitions of Launch Services

Launch Services means the services as set forth in Part 2 and in Part 5 of Annex 1 to this Agreement to be provided by ARIANESPACE to perform the Launch Mission.

Launch Services means those activities involved in the preparation of a launch vehicle and its payload for launch and the completion of an actual launch.

Launch Services means the services provided by Sea Launch as defined in Article 3.

Launch Services means the launch campaign/transportation, launch services, mission planning and launch/early operations phase services as more particularly described in Section 7 of Part 2(A).
