Contractor Tasks. The following list identifies the tasks Contractor shall accomplish as part of this project: 12.1.1 submit the timetable for implementation to the City for approval; 12.1.2 select, acquire, install and test terminal hardware, software and communication facilities; 12.1.3 select, acquire, and test handheld ticket writing devices; 12.1.4 conduct site surveys and prepare sites as necessary for installation and operation of the System; 12.1.5 provide hardware for housing the data; 12.1.6 provide security to prevent access by unauthorized persons and to protect equipment installations, negotiable instruments, and the confidentiality of data; 12.1.7 provide all user training; 12.1.8 prepare status and project control reports; 12.1.9 monitor, debug and alter the System during the post-implementation period; 12.1.10 prepare and maintain System documentation; 12.1.11 implement a fully tested, functional System at specified locations; 12.1.12 hire and train sufficient staff to operate the Office of Parking Violations and to support the System during the term of the contract; 12.1.13 allocate sufficient resources to facilitate modifications and enhancements to the System; and, 12.1.14 conduct and have available for City review, regular internal audits.
Contractor Tasks. The Contractor’s goal shall be to conduct controlled substance forensic laboratory services to perform comprehensive forensic analyses on the entire annual caseload of SFPD. Through a negotiated Agreement between the City and Contractor, the City seeks to engage the selected Proposer for the following services: TASK: Provide Controlled Substance Forensic Laboratory Services The Contractor shall consult with SFPD Crime Lab staff to: Comprehensively process, document and analyze the entire annual caseload of controlled substance forensic analyses for the San Francisco Crime Lab. The approximate expected caseload is 3,500-5,000 cases with one or more exhibits involving controlled substances. This is only an estimate and actual caseload may vary significantly. Meet all relevant standards of licensing and professional guidelines, including but not limited to, DEA license for handling of controlled substances and ASCLD-LAB accreditation. Possess professional familiarity and expertise with forensic analysis including but not limited to the following high-volume controlled substances: Cocaine (base and salt) Methamphetamine Marijuana Heroin Manufactured pharmaceutical products Other controlled substances as defined in sections 11053-58 of the California Health and Safety Code The City is responsible for transporting the controlled substances evidence samples between the SFPD Property Unit and the Contractor. It shall provide at least two lockboxes for secured transportation of controlled substance samples. Only personnel in the SFPD Property Unit and the Contractor shall have keys to the lockbox. Contractor shall be located within forty five minutes to a one hour drive from the Hall of Justice, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, San Francisco, CA. Meet tight five (5) business day turnaround deadlines for processing, documenting and analyzing each case with a written report that includes fully reviewable data. Case documentation shall include one of the following two options (provide cost estimates for both): Case identifying numbers as provided by SFPD Report of results and weights of all exhibits in the case (net weight should be provided whenever the weight of the packaging will be greater than 0.1 ounces. Average net weights will be considered acceptable when the packaging is manufactured commercially, as in small zip-seal bags. If a gross weight is provided, at least one sample should be removed from its packaging and a net weight of that one item reported along with the gros...

Contractor Tasks. By June 30, 2023, CONTRACTOR shall act as a liaison for Early Learning and Care (ELC) community by the following: • Meet with a minimum of 20 ELC providers to learn about and document their current systems for conducting and tracking developmental screenings. • Develop individualized strategies with identified ELC providers to increase their engagement with and utilization of HMGB. • Develop memorandum of understanding, or agreements, with a minimum of 10 ELC agency/site that guide client information sharing, data sharing, and HMGB referral processes • Develop a pilot partnership with Butte County Office of Education preschools to demonstrate effective system integration with HMGB. By June 30, 2023, CONTRACTOR shall provide ASQ/SE trainings and technical assistance consultation by the following: • Provide at least three ASQ/SE trainings to ELC providers and other HMGB referral partners • Provide at least three ASQ/SE technical assistance and consultation opportunities By June 30, 2023, CONTRACTOR shall provide direct community engagement by the following: • Provide ASQ/SE screening events at ELC sites • Collaborate with Commission staff to participate in community outreach activities and events • Collaborate with Commission staff and community partners to provide IEP/IFSP and Early Intervention trainings By June 30, 2023, CONTRACTOR shall promote sustainability and HMGB expansion by the following: • Integrate Butte County Office of Education Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation services with HMGB • Provide recommendations for leveraging additional funds to expand and sustain HMGB i.e. (IMPACT, ELC Quality funds, special education funds etc.)
