LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. Landlord will be responsible for all snow removal; and for maintaining the surrounding property, including lawn care, surrounding the Premises.

LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance, (if any) and snow removal if living in a single family home or row home. Lawn maintenance means cutting grass, trimming bushes and xxxxxx, and weeding the flower beds. Snow removal means shoveling snow and removing ice from steps, sidewalks and driveway, and includes salting of ice as needed. All patios and sidewalks must be kept clean at all times. If Tenants do not maintain these areas in a satisfactory condition, Landlord will complete the work and charge Tenants at a reasonable rate for such work. Tenant will be responsible for any tickets and/or fines that may be associated with snow removal that is not done in a timely manner.
LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. The Lease price reflects compensation for the fact that Tenant(s) will perform their own lawn and snow removal service. If Tenant(s) don’t want to perform their own lawn care and snow removal, the Lease payment will increase by $150.00 per month from May 1st - October 1st and $250.00 per month from November 1st - April 1st. If lawn is not maintained on a weekly basis or snow is not promptly removed, Owner has a right to hire a service to mow the lawn or shovel snow and charge the cost to the Tenant(s).

LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. The typical summer lawn care schedule is two cuts a month at a base price of Fifty-Five ($55.00)/cut, plus applicable sales tax. Additional charges can be made for lawns larger than a 30x60 city lot. The first cut of the year will be performed at a base price of One-Hundred and Ten Dollars ($110.00). There is no guarantee that the municipality in which the Premises is situated will not ticket the Premises. A no ticket guarantee will be given to a lawn care schedule consisting of three cuts per month and one monthly seasonally appropriate service, as pre-approved by Manager, so long as the schedule is followed completely. Weeding, xxxx hedging, leaf raking, lumber removal, mature grass removal, and other lawn care and landscaping tasks will be priced per job. The Owner can procure his or her own lawn care service as they so wish. Manager will undertake lawn care as detailed herein unless directed otherwise by Owner in writing.
LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. The City shall provide lawn mowing, and general lawn care at such intervals as are necessary to keep the Premise’s lawn in trim and well-kept condition. There shall be no cost charged to the Organization for such service. The Organization may elect to provide at its own cost, supplemental landscaping, lawn mowing and lawn care. Any supplemental landscaping/lawn care shall be in accordance with City ordinances and Parks Operations Service Unit guidelines. Similarly, the City shall provide snow removal at such intervals as are necessary to keep the exterior public areas (parking lots, walkways and building access areas) accessible, including salting steps and walkways. There shall be no cost charged to the Organization for such service. The Organization may elect to provide supplemental snow removal at its own cost. Any snow removal shall be in accordance with Parks Operations Service Unit guidelines. The City shall promptly remedy any hazard posed by trees or other vegetation to the roads, buildings or trails on the Premises. The Organization shall notify the City in writing of such hazards that are obvious to persons who are not expert in tree and vegetation management, as the Organization becomes aware of such hazards. There shall be no cost charged to the Organization for any service or materials described in this paragraph.
LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. It is agreed that Lessor shall be responsible for maintaining all trees and shrubs on the property and for the lawn care. Xxxxxx agrees to be responsible for all snow removal during the term of this agreement.
