Layoff Notice 17. 06.01 The Employer shall give regular full-time and regular part-time employees the following written notice of layoff or normal pay for that period in lieu of notice: (a) less than two (2) years’ seniority - thirty-one (31) calendar days; (b) two (2) or more years’ seniority but less than three (3) years’ seniority - two (2) months; (c) three (3) or more years’ seniority but less than four (4) years’ seniority - three (3) months; (d) four (4) or more years’ seniority but less than five (5) years’ seniority - four (4) months; (e) five (5) or more years’ seniority - six (6) months.
