Layoff of Academic Staff. 41.3.1 A member of the academic staff who wishes to assert qualifications and ability to perform responsibilities within an additional discipline or disciplines must deliver to Human Resources a written statement including a summary of qualifications within the relevant discipline(s) within 21 calendar days of the posting of the Notice of Intention to Layoff faculty and/or academic staff.
