Lease Termination Date. The term of this Lease shall terminate at midnight on or such earlier or later date as provided in Section 3 (the “Termination Date”). Tenant shall have no right or option to extend this Lease, unless otherwise set forth in a rider attached to this Lease (e.g., Option to Extend Rider, CBA Form OR).

All statutes, codes, ordinances (and all rules and regulations thereunder), all executive orders and other administrative orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions and other judicial orders of or by any Governmental Authority which may at any time be applicable to parts or appurtenances of the Premises or Building or to any condition or use thereof and the provisions of all Authorizations.
Lease Termination Date. Subject to Tenant’s Extension Options set forth in Paragraph 1 of Addendum 1, and unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Lease, if the date which is thirteen (13) years plus 100 days from the Commencement Date is the last day of a month, such date shall be the Termination Date. If such date is not the last day of the month, the Termination Date shall be the last day of the month in which such date falls.
Lease Termination Date. The term of this Lease shall terminate at midnight on the day that is five (5) years following the Lease Commencement Date, or ten (10) years following the Lease Commencement Date if the parties have agreed to extend the Lease for an additional (5) year period. Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Lease any time for any reason by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to Landlord.

Lease Termination Date. The Parties hereto agree that the Lease shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 3, 2024 (the “Lease Termination Date”); provided, however, Tribune shall have the continued right to occupy the Premises and Original Licensed Area until the License Expiration Time pursuant to the Short Term License (hereinafter defined).
