Leased Premise. Building No.2 Plant; the rental currency is RMB; the rent is based on RMB18 / per square meter / per month, for a total area of 2968.92 square meters. The total rental fee payable by Party B during the lease period is RMB _____________ , which shall be calculated from the date of delivery of the plant.
Leased Premise. The Landlord leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant leases from the Landlord, premises at Suixx 000, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx. Xncluded in, but not limited to, the Leased Premise is the shared use of (i) adjacent outdoor patio; (ii) first floor kitchen; (iii) first floor boardroom and (iv) gym facilities on the lower level) as outlined in blue on the Floor Plan attached as Schedule "A". The Rentable Area of the Leased Premises is 1,480 square feet as outlined in red on the plan annexed hereto as Schedule "A". The premises shall not be measured during the term or any extensions or renewals thereof.

Leased Premise. Beginning May 1, 1996, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant an additional 3,041 rentable square feet on the first floor as described in the attached Exhibit A. Tenant's proportionate share of the common areas shall be adjusted accordingly.
Leased Premise. (I). The premises to be leased hereunder is located at Xx. 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Futian Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen, named floor 1 AB1C2D Section, floor 3 and floor 4 of Wanli Industry Building. The number of the leased premises’ ownership certificate is Shen Fang Di Zi No. 3000685477. The copy of the premises’ ownership certificate is attached to this Supplemental Agreement (Appendix 1: 1 page in total).
Leased Premise. In consideration of the lease, covenants, agreements and conditions hereinafter provided to be paid, kept, performed and observed, the Owner leases to the Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from the Owner the Leased Premise and Property described in Section 1.01 (D) and (E). THE TENANT AGREES THAT TENANT IS LEASING THE PREMISE. “AS IS.” “WHERE IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND THE LANDLORD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, USE OR CONDITION OF EITHER THE PREMISE OR ITS SUITABILITY FOR TENANTSINTENDED PURPOSES. Tenant leases the Leased Premise and accepts the Leased Premise without representation or warranty by Landlord, express or implied, in fact or by law, and without recourse, with respect to the condition of the Premise, including, but not limited to the soil and subsurface conditions thereof. Any work performed by Xxxxxx or on behalf of Tenant shall be completely paid for and Tenant shall not permit nor suffer any mechanic's lien or materialmen's lien to attach to the Leased Premise or the Property. Tenant acknowledges that Owner has made no representations or agreements to perform any work at its expense, other than set forth in this Agreement.
Leased Premise. Landlord hereby agrees to lease to Tenant, and Tenant hereby agrees to rent from Landlord approximately 11,082 square feet, in building #24 and land adjacent thereto, situated in Cherry Hill township, Block 468.04, Lot 1 as shown and defined on exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as the PREMISES) for the term of 5 years and 4 months (64 months inclusive, or until such prior termination as hereinafter provided to commence February l, 1998 and end on May 31, 2003 (inclusive). Tenant agrees that this Lease unless sooner terminated, pursuant to the covenants hereof, shall expire absolutely on the expiration date without the requirement of any further notice from Landlord.
