Where operational requirements permit the Centre will grant leave without pay to a reasonable number of employees to attend meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Where operational requirements permit the Centre will grant leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Alliance to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.
