Employee Presenting a Grievance. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall grant leave with pay to an employee who presents a grievance so that the employee may attend a meeting with the Employer.

Employee Presenting a Grievance. An employee who presents a grievance is entitled to be present at the hearing of the grievance at any step in the grievance process, and where the grievance is heard during working hours, he/she shall be entitled to attend the hearing without loss of pay. Where an employee attends the hearing of his/her grievance outside his/her headquarters area, the Employer shall not be liable for any expenses related thereto.
