Leave for Bone Marrow or Organ Donation. 1. Employees shall be entitled to take up to seven (7) days of paid leave in a calendar year (in addition to sick or annual leave) to serve as a bone marrow donor. 2. Employees shall be entitled to take up to 30 days of paid leave in a calendar year (in addition to sick or annual leave) to serve as an organ donor.
