Leave for Child’s Arrival. 14.7.1 For not more than one (1) day for paternity leave for the birth or adoption of the teacher's own child. 14.7.2 A teacher shall be granted up to a maximum of three (3) days' leave with pay, providing the School Division is reimbursed for the cost of a substitute teacher, for the purposes of completing the necessary documentation, attending interviews with an appropriate authority, and receiving the adoptive child.
