For one year appointments, the performance review may take place in either the fall or spring semester.
For one. (1) day of family needs leave with pay for “Immediate Family”. “Immediate Family” is defined as spouse, child, parent, grandparent or other person who is a member of the teacher’s household;
For one half day of substitution, a substitute teacher shall receive a salary equal to sixty percent (60%) of the salary for a full day of substitution.

For one. Business Day during each successive five Business Day period the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans shall be $0 (a "Clean-Up Day"). The Company shall prepay the ------------ outstanding principal amount of the Swingline Loans in whole to the extent required so that a Clean-Up Day may occur in each such five Business Day period as provided in this subsection 2.06(d) (which Swingline Loans may not be reborrowed until such Clean-Up Day has ended).
For one. (1) or more courses or programs at a post-secondary institution, the Employer will reimburse the Employee upon successful completion as follows:
(a) Courses at the University of Xxxxxx – tuition and course fees for up to twelve (12) credit hours of credit classes per calendar year, including part-time or full-time graduate fees or the equivalent dollar amount of twelve (12) credit hours as tuition to University of Regina non-credit classes will be paid by the Employer. This entitlement will be pro-rated by full-time equivalency and length of appointment.
(b) Courses at other post-secondary Institutions – The equivalent dollar amount of tuition and course fees for up to twelve (12) credit hours in accordance with the University of Xxxxxx Faculty of Arts Undergraduate Domestic Student Fees Schedule.

For one hundred and eighty (180) days after Completion, the Seller and each member of the Seller’s Group shall display on the Domain Names and Social Media Properties of the RemainCo Business, in the locations previously addressing the DivestCo Business, a mutually-agreed statement about the transactions contemplated herein and a link to those Domain Names and Social Media Properties designated by Purchaser.

5.1.2.1 seek to procure orders from, seek employment or engagement with, be employed or engaged by or do business with any person who has been a customer of a member of the Group at any time during the year before his employment ceases on whose account or business he personally worked or was responsible or in relation to whom he obtained confidential information during the same period; or
5.1.2.2 engage, employ, solicit or contact with a view to his engagement or employment any person known personally to him (whether or not such person would commit a breach of the terms of his contract of employment or engagement by leaving the service of the company concerned) who is or has been employed or engaged by a member of the Group in a senior capacity at any time during the year before his employment ceases or knowingly employ, or assist in or procure the employment or engagement by any other person, concern, firm or body corporate of any such person;
