For one. (1) day of family needs leave with pay for “Immediate Family”. “Immediate Family” is defined as spouse, child, parent, grandparent, or other person who is a member of the teacher’s household;
For one year appointments, the performance review may take place in either the fall or spring semester.
For one half day of substitution, a substitute teacher shall receive a salary equal to sixty percent (60%) of the salary for a full day of substitution.
For one. Business Day during each successive 30 Business Day period the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans shall be $0 (a "Clean-Up Day"). The Company shall prepay the outstanding principal amount of the Swingline Loans in whole to the extent required so that a Clean-Up Day may occur in each such 30 Business Day period as provided in this subsection 2.07(d) (which Swingline Loans may not be reborrowed until such Clean-Up Day has ended); provided that the foregoing may be from the proceeds of Revolving Loans hereunder.
For one day plus reasonable travel time, to a maximum total of three days to attend the funeral of aunt, uncle, xxxxx, and nephew
For one. (1) or more courses or programs at a post-secondary institution, the Employer will reimburse the Employee upon successful completion as follows:
(a) Courses at the University of Xxxxxx – tuition and course fees for up to twelve (12) credit hours of credit classes per calendar year, including part-time or full-time graduate fees or the equivalent dollar amount of twelve (12) credit hours as tuition to University of Regina non-credit classes will be paid by the Employer. This entitlement will be pro-rated by full-time equivalency and length of appointment.
(b) Courses at other post-secondary Institutions – The equivalent dollar amount of tuition and course fees for up to twelve (12) credit hours in accordance with the University of Xxxxxx Faculty of Arts Undergraduate Domestic Student Fees Schedule.
For one. (1) year after Manugistics makes the last payment under this agreement, you agree not to directly or indirectly:
For one. 1) teaching day per year in the event of the birth of the teacher's child or the adoption of a child by the teacher if the event occurs on a teaching day.
For one. 60 mins class (inclusive of VAT) plus 7% public liability insurance if the Service Provider does not hold public liability insurance, plus £250 Security Deposit (refundable). This is subject to change if the numbers significantly increase.
15.5 Payment of any undisputed invoices will be made by the Service Provider no later than twenty- one (21) days from the date of the invoice submitted by the School.
15.6 Any overdue sums will bear interest from the due date until payment is made at 2% per annum over the National Westminster Bank plc base rate from time to time.
15.7 The School will be entitled but not obliged at any time or times without notice to the Service Provider to set off any liability of the School to the Service Provider against any liability of the Service Provider to the School (howsoever arising and whether any such liability is present or future, liquidated or unliquidated). The School’s rights under this clause will be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the School under this Agreement or otherwise.
15.8 On completion of the Services or on termination of the Agreement, the School shall promptly draw up a final invoice which shall cover all outstanding amounts incurred for the Service no later than thirty (30) days after the completion or termination of the Agreement. If the Service Provider does not agree with the sum payable then it shall inform the School who shall refer the calculation to an independent accountant, to be agreed between the Parties the identity of which will be agreed between the Parties. If the Parties cannot agree upon the identity of an independent accountant, the School will make the final decision.
15.9 The Service Provider shall maintain full and accurate accounts. Such accounts shall be provided to the School as required as agreed between the Parties and detailed in this Agreement and must be retained for at least six (6) years after the end of the financial year in which the last payment of Rent was made under this Agreement.
