Leave for Family Illness. In the case of illness of an Employee’s immediate family, meaning husband, wife, son, daughter, father or mother, who permanently reside with the Employee and when no one at home other than the Employee can provide for the needs of the ill person, the Employee may be granted, after notifying his immediate supervisor, leave with pay up to three (3) days per calendar year, which shall be deducted from the Employees sick leave entitlement as provided under Article 22.01.
