Leave For Full Time Union Work. If any employee of the Company should be selected to serve the Union on a full time basis, he/she shall be considered, upon sufficient notification to be on leave of absence, without pay or benefits, for a maximum period of five (5) years. He/she shall be re-employed at the same type of work which he/she performed prior to his/her leave of absence and with seniority accumulated provided that not more than one (1) employee be absent at any one time.
