Leave for Grievances and Hearings. 1. The Unit President and/or a Xxxxxxx designated by the Union shall be allowed time needed to perform their jobs as Union Officers, without loss of pay or leave credits, for the following activities: - To investigate and present grievances. - To attend grievance arbitration hearings. - To attend hearings of the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.
