Leave for Hearings. 24.22 (a) An employee whose attendance is required at a Worker’s Compensation Board hearing, Human Rights hearing, or other hearing (excepting arbitration hearings between the parties), directly related to their employment at the University, will be entitled to attend without loss of pay. When the employee requests a Union representative, the representative will be able to attend the hearing without loss of pay.
