Leave for Legal Proceedings. Any employee called for jury duty or who is subpoenaed to testify in a judicial, administrative or grievance matter during working hours shall not lose salary or benefits, except that said employee shall reimburse the District for any per diem payment for such service. This provision is not applicable if the member is subpoenaed to testify under the following conditions:
