Leave for Taking Courses. (a) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. (b) An employee may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the employee wishes to enroll. Such leave requests will not be unreasonably denied.
