Leave for Taking Courses. (a) A faculty member shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, and other expenses consistent with Articles 18.18 and 32. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due. (b) A faculty member may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the faculty member wishes to enroll.
