Leave of Absence Beyond Six (6) Months. If the unit employee remains on worker’s compensation leave after six (6) months, he/she may elect to supplement their temporary disability payments with accumulated leave hours (e.g., sick leave, vacation leave, or administrative leave) to equal their full pay.
