Leave of Absence / Illness Disability. A. In accordance with the provisions of Revised Code, Section 3319.13, the Board of Education shall grant a leave of absence for a period not exceeding two (2) successive school years where illness or other disability is the reason for the request. This provision is not intended to limit other requirements of Section 3319.13 as they affect bargaining unit employees.
