LEAVE OF ABSENCE - OTHER REASONS. An employee who is granted leave of absence for any reason other than sickness or injury, education or union leave after becoming eligible for the plan, shall continue to be eligible for all benefits for himself and dependants, except Short Term Disability, until the end of the month in which such absence commences.
