Leave of Absence Without Pay – Contract Faculty. Note: Additional provisions regarding Leaves are contained in the Common (provincial) Agreement dated April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2010. Such Leave provisions are contained in Article 7 of the Common Agreement. Contract instructors who are unable to fulfill the terms of their contract(s) because of illness will, upon application, be deemed to be on Leave of Absence Without Pay for the affected portion of their contract(s), except as provided in Article 15.6.
