Leave Time for Work-Related Injuries. a. On the day a work-related injury occurs (including the first day lice are found on an Employee when it is also present on a student in their classroom), when authorized to leave work early to receive medical attention/treatment, an Employee will not lose pay or have to use sick/personal time for that portion of the day lost.
