LEAVE WITH OR WITHOUT PAY FOR ALLIANCE BUSINESS. 14.15 Effective January 1, 2018, Xxxxxx granted to an employee under articles clauses 14.02, 14.09, 14.10, 14.12 and 14.13 will be with pay and the PSAC will reimburse the employer for the salary and benefit costs of the employee during the period of approved leave with pay according to the terms established by the joint agreement.
