Leave with Pay for Collective Bargaining. The Employer will grant a leave of absence with pay to a maximum of two (2) employees, appointed by the Executive Board to represent the Union in formal Collective Bargaining meetings with the Employer. It is understood that a day is equivalent to eight (8) hours at straight time at the employee's rate of pay as of the date of the meeting(s).
