LEAVE WITH PAY FOR. Medical Appointment for pregnant employees (a) Up to one half (1/2) day of reasonable time off with pay shall be granted to pregnant employees for the purposes of attending routine medical appointments. (b) Where a series of continuing appointments are necessary for the treatment of a particular condition relating to pregnancy, absences shall be charged to sick leave. The Employer may require certification from the treating practitioner.
