  • Leave With or Without Pay for Other Reasons At its discretion, the Employer may grant:

  • Other Leave With or Without Pay 17.01 In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.

  • Leave Without Pay for Personal Needs Leave without pay will be granted for personal needs, in the following manner:

  • Leave Without Pay for Relocation of Spouse (a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay for a period of up to one (1) year shall be granted to an employee whose spouse is permanently relocated and up to five (5) years to an employee whose spouse is temporarily relocated.

  • Other Leave Without Pay At its discretion, the Employer may grant leave without pay for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement, including enrolment in the Canadian Armed Forces and election to a full-time municipal office.

  • Limitations of Services When using the Services, you may incur technical or other difficulties. We nor our service providers are responsible for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Any information displayed or provided as part of the Services is for informational purposes only, may not reflect your most recent transactions, and should not be relied on for transactional purposes.
