Termination of Rights The Right of First Refusal and the Company's right to repurchase the Shares in the event of an involuntary transfer pursuant to Section 3(c) above shall terminate upon the first sale of Common Stock of the Company to the general public pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). Upon termination of the Right of First Refusal and the expiration or exercise of the Repurchase Option, a new certificate or certificates representing the Shares not repurchased shall be issued, on request, without the legend referred to in Section 6(a)(ii) below and delivered to Purchaser.
XXXX OF RIGHTS 11.1 Whenever a law enforcement officer is under investigation and subject to interrogation by members of his or her agency for any reason, which could lead to disciplinary action, demotion, or dismissal, such interrogation shall be conducted under the following conditions:
Notice of Right to Cancel YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE YOU SIGN THIS CONTRACT. SEE EXHIBIT 1, THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
Waiver of Right to Appeal Provided the Judgment is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, specifically including the Class Counsel Fees Payment and Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment reflected set forth in this Settlement, the Parties, their respective counsel, and all Participating Class Members who did not object to the Settlement as provided in this Agreement, waive all rights to appeal from the Judgment, including all rights to post-judgment and appellate proceedings, the right to file motions to vacate judgment, motions for new trial, extraordinary writs, and appeals. The waiver of appeal does not include any waiver of the right to oppose such motions, writs or appeals. If an objector appeals the Judgment, the Parties’ obligations to perform under this Agreement will be suspended until such time as the appeal is finally resolved and the Judgment becomes final, except as to matters that do not affect the amount of the Net Settlement Amount.
Notice of Rights An employer must provide its employees with written notice of their rights pursuant to the PSLL. Such notice must be in English and the primary language spoken by an employee, provided that DCA has made available a translation into such language. Downloadable notices are available on DCA’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/html/dca/html/law/PaidSickLeave.shtml. Any person or entity that willfully violates these notice requirements is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars for each employee who was not given appropriate notice.
Annual Notification of Rights If the LEA has a policy of disclosing Education Records and/or Student Data under FERPA (34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)), LEA shall include a specification of criteria for determining who constitutes a school official and what constitutes a legitimate educational interest in its annual notification of rights.
Retention of Rights 36.1 Clauses 5.2(b),6,7,8,9,11,12, 13, 14, 15 16, 22, 23, 35.1, 37 and 38 of this Section 2 and any relevant clauses listed under Section 4 shall continue in force following the termination of this Contract.
Protection of Rights Licensee shall not copy, translate, disassemble, decompile, nor reverse engineer the Software or other SAP Materials. Licensee shall not create or attempt to create the source code from the object code of the Software or other SAP Materials. Licensee is permitted to back up data in accordance with good information technology practice and for this purpose to create the necessary backup copies of the Software. Backup copies on transportable discs or other data media must be marked as backup copies and bear the same copyright and authorship notice as the original discs or other data media, unless technically infeasible. Licensee must not change or remove SAP’s copyright and authorship notices.
Paid Leaves of Absence Paid leaves of absences granted under this Article shall not exceed the employee's normal work schedule.
Other Paid Leaves One-half (1/2) the entitlement provided for in the Agreement.
