LEAVING SERVICE. Except as provided at Section 5.5 of this Agreement, or as provided in Section E above, bargaining unit members who leave the employ of the Board shall forfeit all of their unused sick days. In the event that the bargaining unit member later re-enters the service of the Board, sick days up to a maximum of ten (10) may be reinstated or credited at the discretion of the Superintendent.
