Legal Cost. Each Payor will pay all reasonable legal expenses and costs incurred by UBC regarding any consents and approvals requested by such Payor and required from UBC under this Agreement or the Supplemental Agreement.
Legal Cost. The Seller and Buyer shall each pay their own respective legal costs of this agreement and the final documentation thereto.

In the event of STAFFLANE instructing its attorneys to institute legal action for the enforcement of any of its rights or for the recovery of any payments due in terms hereof, the EMPLOYER shall on demand pay to STAFFSHOP’S attorneys all such legal / collection costs on an attorney-and-own-client scale, including collection commission, tracing agents costs and all other legal costs.
Legal Cost. 12.1 The Defaulting Party shall be liable for all legal costs incurred by the Innocent Party, the AUCTIONEER and their Agents or Attorneys incurred in enforcing this Agreement, on an Attorney and own client scale, including collection commission.
12.2 The PURCHASER hereby undertakes to pay all legal costs, tracing fees and collections charges incurred by the SELLER to obtain payment of the amounts due in terms of this Agreement, including interest at the maximum possible rate from the due date of such amounts to the date of payment.
Legal Cost. Any legal cost incurred by the LANDLORD to give effect to this Offer to Lease will be paid by the TENANT, on the attorney and own client scale.
Legal Cost. The stamp duty on the Agreement and its counterpart thereof shall be borne by the parties in equal shares. Each party shall bear its own legal costs of and incidental to the preparation and completion of this Tenancy Agreement.

In the event it becomes necessary for either party to retain an attorney to enforce, defend or interpret any of its rights, obligations or remedies hereunder, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all legal costs and expenses incurred, including attorney’s fees arising from the investigation, enforcement and construction of this Master Dealer Agreement, and those incurred at trial and on appeal. FSF and Dealer further agree that they are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florida and that venue of any action shall be in Xxxxx County, Florida.
